I ordered a harness because they made it sound like it would ship out quickly, but it just sat there for days with no real movement. The delivery ended up being late, and the tracking updates were basically useless. I don’t mind waiting if a company is upfront about it, but don’t promise fast shipping and then leave me guessing. Definitely not ordering from them again.

I emailed them twice about my order and waited days with no real response. At that point I was just sitting there like, how is this okay? I finally gave up and opened a dispute because I didn’t know what else to do. Really frustrating experience and the response time was terrible.

I expected a lot more for what I paid. The prices felt way too high for the quality that showed up, so I left feeling disappointed

The gear felt safe enough and the website was easy to use, so no complaints there. My order did show up, but the tracking barely updated, which had me wondering what was going on for a few days.
Everything was packed fine and nothing looked damaged, but trying to get an answer was kind of annoying because I kept getting transferred around instead of just getting a clear update. I’d probably order again, but they really need to make communication a bit more reliable.

I was happy with how it looked when it arrived. The wood feels sturdy and the shape is nice, so at first glance it seems like a solid buy. That said, the finishing on mine wasn’t the best. A few edges were rough and just didn’t feel as cleaned up as I expected for the price. It does work, but it kind of works when it wants to, which is frustrating. You can tell some effort went into it, but I wish the craftsmanship and consistency were better.

I ended up getting the wrong size, which was annoying because I was actually looking forward to using it right away. And the box showed up all crushed too, like it had been tossed around a bit or something. Not sure if that happened in shipping or before, but yeah, overall not a great experience

Setting this up really tested my patience. It took way longer than I expected, and the whole process just didn’t feel very intuitive. By the time I finally got it working, I was already annoyed, which made it hard to feel excited about using it

I really thought this would hold up a lot better, especially for the price. It seemed fine when I first got it, like the kind of thing that would last a while, but after just a few uses it started showing wear. Little parts felt loose, the material started looking rough, and it just didn’t feel solid anymore. I wasn’t being rough with it either, no heavy use, no dropping it, no leaving it outside, nothing like that. Just normal everyday stuff, and it still started giving out. It’s kind of like when something looks sturdy in the pictures, feels okay right out of the box, works the first couple times, and then suddenly you’re noticing every weak spot. Disappointing overall. I wouldn’t buy it again

I really wanted this to work, but the fit felt kind of strange right away. It was tight in certain places and weirdly loose in others, so I kept adjusting it over and over. I’m guessing maybe the sizing or cut is just a bit inconsistent, though I can’t say for sure.
After wearing it for a while, it started to feel uncomfortable and just annoying. Maybe it fits better on a different body type, but for me it never sat right. I wouldn’t order it again...
